How can someone do this to me?

HOW CAN SOMEONE DO THIS TO ANYONE?

So, this question we may frequently ask ourselves, but this is not our issue, our issue is that
"HOW SOMEONE CAN DO THIS TO ME? "
Let's, deep-dive, into that whenever we ask ourselves this question. ask yourselves, are you not expecting too much from them? yes, It is we are just expecting them to be more humble and lenient. If they are not humble and lenient, we are in grief  "HOW CAN SOMEONE DO THIS TO ME ?"
If we stop expecting from them and just be what we are, we can change our thoughts and sentiment, and that big grief maybe turns out to be a petty thing to us that doesn't affect our lifestyle.

Let me give some instances to you I belong to a conventional middle-class Indian family, and their society plays a very crucial role in so-called "society" I don't even know who is that society?
On daily basis, I encounter this haww "what will society say? now you have done this or that" how can you talk like that. where is your Sanskar?
I never read that rule book of Sanskar, where it is written that you don't have the right to present your opinion regarding any topic. Whenever I tried to prove my point of view to my family members or so-called relatives they said the only thing is that she lost her Sanskar.

Then again that question arises "HOW CAN SOMEONE DO THIS TO ME OR ANYONE?"

“If you spent your life concentrating on what everyone else thought of you, would you forget who you really were? What if the face you showed the world turned out to be a mask... with nothing beneath it?”
― Jodi Picoult

The only way to get the best of an argument is to avoid it.
